We got into the kids salon here in The Falls this morning for a "fix". At first look the woman didn't think it looked too bad, but upon closer inspection...she did the best she could. She thinks it won't look too bad for the wedding in a few weeks and said that if it is growing in funny we can come back right before the wedding and she will take care of it for us.
Olivia from the front, she had to keep the bangs longer since some of them were cut sooo short

This side actually looks kind of cute

This side still looks a little sad, but much better.

Well lets hope this is the last update on hair issues for a while!

***I forgot to mention that last night when I was a bit calmer, I was looking at her hair again and noticed that she did in fact take a large chunk out of the back. That is why we had to get it cut so short, Olivia took it almost to the scalp!***

So we have been having fun around the house since Halloween. Olivia has been keeping her self dry at night for over a week now (T/G)! To reinforce this we got her a calender and a package of stickers to record her dry days. While Joseph was taking his nap she and I wrote out the month and the numerals for November and then after we hung it she got to put her first sticker up! She was so proud of herself she wanted me to take a picture of her with it, and then her and Joseph with it!
Olivia so proud of herself!

Joseph just loves to run at me when I am trying to take his picture, I may have to go back to a regular camera to get pictures of this kid!

Today I cleaned out the laundry room closet, we have WAY too much stuff in there and a lot of it doesn't even fit anyone any more.
I put this hat on Joseph, and I laughed so hard! I think he looks so funny in this hat (that is obviously way to small for his big ol' head!).

So as I have been thinking how much Olivia's behavior has improved and we are able to all have fun together...today!!! Today she has had a great day, sharing, listening, not whining, you get the idea. I told her that she is having such a good day that after she takes her nap we can do something special, she says "yea!" and goes up and takes her nap...not quite. When she came down her hair looked funny...she cut it! Two handfuls full of hair in the garbage! Many of you know that she has hair issues to begin with and we have been doing everything we can to create the illusion of fullness, we were getting there. The child gave herself a mullet! Now this would be bad enough but in we have Thanksgiving coming up, and that Saturday she will be a flower girl in Jonathan and Sigan's wedding! Please send up a little request to God (I don't think I can request full on prayer's for something so superficial) that the crown she will wear and the hairstylist (T/G I had Sigan make an appointment for her!) can cover up Olivia's handy work!

Olivia' hair!

Olivia head on, it's kind of dark so you can't really get the full effect...
Side shots
Now in this one you can really get the feel for the damage she did...what am I going to do with this girl!

Trick-or-Treat!
Last night Bryan was able to get home in time to take the girls trick-or-treating, he didn't want to have to carry Joseph. They had a blast and got sooo much candy, add to that we didn't get very many trick-or-treaters here and we are way over our limit for candy!
The girls both thought it was great to get to have their faces done, in fact that is how I got them to eat their dinner so fast!

Olivia the clown.
Our little trick-or-treaters off to get their goodies!

Joseph stayed home with me to hand out treats, and eat from our toddler dish! Some of the neighbors were looking for him and had put aside treats for him, so even though he didn't go out he still got some goodies!

We are so happy to FINALLY have this holiday (that should be a one day event) over, it has gone on way too long around here! Welcome November!
